I’m often asked how I invented the BeaterBlade, so here’s the story. I love making cheesecake, but the challenge is, a cold block of cream cheese sticks to everything and it’s impossible for the flat beater to “squish” it against the bowl. After 6 months of prototypes and another year of learning how to invent, I launched BeaterBlade in 2008 to a resounding audience. I was so nervous filling out that first UPS label…and now, over a decade later, BeaterBlade has become a staple in over 1.2 million homes, restaurants and bakeries around the globe.
